This page explains what pocketsized.ai does with your information. It is short because the site does little.
Who is responsible
Pocket Sized AI, operated by Crowd AB (org. nr 556724-9577), Malmö, Sweden. Questions go to erik@pocketsized.ai.
What we collect
Three things.
- What you send us. If you ask for an invite, we receive the name, email address, workplace and role you type into the form.
- What the server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. We do not use them to identify you.
- What the Meta pixel records. The site carries Meta's pixel. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visited and which buttons you clicked, so we can measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. It sees your visit to this website — never anything you write inside WhatsApp. You can block it with a browser that blocks trackers, and control what Meta does with it at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Beyond the pixel, we do not run analytics or other trackers.
Why we use it
To answer your invite request and, if it fits, to invite you to try pocketsized. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in running a website that works and stays secure.
Who handles it for us
Three providers process data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the access logs.
- Formspree receives the invite form and forwards it to us.
- Google Workspace holds our email.
- Meta receives the pixel's visit data for ad measurement.
Some of these providers run servers outside the EU. Transfers rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Invite requests are kept until we have answered them and for up to twelve months after, so we can follow up when access opens. Then they are deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short, fixed period and deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, or receive a copy. Email erik@pocketsized.ai and we answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, at imy.se.
The product is separate
This page covers the website. pocketsized itself runs inside WhatsApp and handles workplace information. People who are invited receive the product's own privacy terms before they start.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
