pocketsized is a colleague for people who work standing up and not in front of a computer all day. It lives in WhatsApp. There is no new app.
A store manager asks a question the way they'd ask a person and gets a short answer from what the company knows. Routine tasks get done. What the floor learns travels back to headquarters.
Today it answers from what the company already knows. Next, it connects to HQ's systems and to the other agents a company runs, so the floor and headquarters work from the same information.
